A proposed café on the ground floor and first-floor offices to accommodate an expanding business in Caerphilly, forming part of a more extensive proposed/retrospective application to regularise and extend the farm village.
The existing brick building will be extended to meet the customer and staff needs of the village whilst using traditional materials and providing large comfortable internal spaces for the public to enjoy.
