Delivering affordable housing to the local community by employing local contractors and utilising locally sourced materials. 16 semi-detached units and 4 flats were created within the village to meet community requirements per Pembrokeshire County Council guidance; they will be available for local tenants by June 2023.
All units are fully Approved Document Part M compliant and are designed to meet the Welsh Development Quality Requirements.
