Our client had reservations if the scheme would obtain planning approval from the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority due to it differing from all adjoining properties; LDP guidance and policies were followed within the design process and planning was approved as was building regulations.
The roof space was enhanced and views of the harbour from all floors was the main design priority.
