Favourable pre-application comments were obtained from Carmarthenshire County Council for our modern, flat-roofed dwelling with large areas of glazing to maximise the view over the Taf estuary.
Situated on a complicated site along the water’s edge; site levels, flood risk, ecological, surveys, historical, impact, archaeological features and public rights of way will need to be obtained/investigated further prior to the planning application submission.
